Skiers must be able to snowplough glide, snowplough turn, snowplough stop, and use the drag lift independently.
Snowboarders must be able to perform falling leaf, stop safely under control, and use the drag lift independently.
If you go onto the slope and are deemed unsafe, you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

Juniors (10–16) and adults (17+) learn together in the same sessions.

Groups must provide accurate ability information at the time of booking to ensure the session is suitable for all participants.
Session durations vary depending on the booking and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

To get the most out of your session, participants should generally meet the following guidelines:
Minimum shoe size: UK 4
Minimum height: approximately 4ft (120cm)
Recommended minimum weight: approximately 50kg

30 minutes on the slope tubing.
Maximum of 20 participants.
Mixed group – other participants will join this session.
We suggest participants are aged 4 years and above.
Group tubing sessions are 1 hour in duration.
Groups may add use of the Tubing Barn to their booking for an additional £30 charge.
Use of the Tubing Barn is for a set period and must be vacated at the end of the allocated time.
Takeaway packaging and rubbish should be removed at the end of the booking.
Participants must arrive 30 minutes before the session starts for equipment fitting.
If you are late, the session will continue without you and no refund will be given.
Participants must wear a long-sleeved top (a coat if it is raining), waterproof trousers or jogging bottoms, long socks, and gloves.
Leggings or tights worn on their own are not suitable.
Shorts or ¾ length trousers are not suitable.
The slope is mist-lubricated, so participants are likely to get wet. A change of clothes is recommended.
Gloves are available to purchase on site.
You are taking part in a physically demanding activity with inherent risks and will be asked to sign a disclaimer before taking part.
Children under the age of 17 must be signed in by an adult.

Cancellations and alterations to bookings are subject to charges as outlined in your booking confirmation.
Lessons and sessions run in most weather conditions.
In the rare event of extreme conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions.
We reserve the right to adapt sessions as required to ensure the safe and smooth running of the centre.
